Tom Grieve
Attorney Tom Grieve is a former state criminal prosecutor from Wisconsin before eventually founding what is now the state's largest criminal defense firm with more than 20 attorneys. In 2019 the firm expanded into family law and added a dedicated team of professionals to further serve clients with similar aggressive and proven strategies.
Beyond the courtroom, Tom has been interviewed and appeared in numerous media outlets, ranging from the New York Times, CourtTV, Fox News, Reuters, Washington Post, National Public Radio and Milwaukee Journal-Sentinel, among many others. He is a frequent Continuing Legal Education course speaker to teach lawyers and judges in development and the law, both in Wisconsin and nationally. Finally, Tom has also presented across the country, both online and in person, concerning the law and culture to the public.
In addition to speaking engagements, Tom has contributed to the national conversation in writing on emerging legal topics and has been published in Conceal Carry Magazine and elsewhere on multiple occasions. He also edited the book and contributed legal input on various other publications, including the "Wisconsin Guide for Armed Citizens" on behalf of the National Association of Certified Firearm Instructors.
Tom Grieve is recognized among the top Wisconsin and Milwaukee area lawyers. Recently named once again as a top Wisconsin criminal defense attorney, Tom was inducted into the “Wisconsin Rising Star” category by Super Lawyers (a nationally acclaimed attorney rating organization). Glenn Gaskill
Attorney Glenn E Gaskill III has been recognized by The Global Directory of Who’s Who as a Top Lawyer and by The National Trial Lawyers who ranked him in their Top 100 Trial Lawyers. Attorney Gaskill received his undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin–Eau Claire and went on to receive his Juris Doctor from Marquette University Law School in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, where he practices today.
Attorney Gaskill is dedicated to the community and to the city of Milwaukee, WI. He is an active participant in his church, has volunteered with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Milwaukee, and is a steady participant in charity runs in an effort to raise both money and awareness.
Claire Dalle Molle
Attorney Claire Dalle Molle began her legal career with the State of Wisconsin Public Defender's Office and is honored to have represented people at the highest risk of being taken advantage of by the system. Attorney Dalle Molle has achieved excellent outcomes for people accused of both misdemeanors and felonies, including negotiating reductions in charges, desirable sentencing recommendations, and outright dismissals. In addition, she has a special passion for assisting physicians and other healthcare providers to defend themselves and their work when they are faced with a licensing action.
Attorney Dalle Molle double majored in Political Science and Spanish at UW-Madison and earned her J.D. there in 2008. She recently practiced higher education and health care law for UW-Madison in its widely respected Office of Legal Affairs, where she was Senior University Legal Counsel. On, Wisconsin!
Kathleen Kruse
Attorney Kathleen A. Kruse earned her Juris Doctor at Marquette University Law School. While attending law school, Kathleen gained valuable experience working in criminal defense in both the Wisconsin Federal Defenders Office in Madison, WI and as a law clerk in private criminal defense in Waukesha County. She also spent time in the Milwaukee District Attorney’s Office, gaining an understanding of what prosecutors look for when bringing a case. Kathleen is dedicated to making her clients’ voices heard during their legal proceedings.
