Grieve Enterprises LLC dba Counter Point Seminars has the right to amend their Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy at any time. This includes, but is not limited to, Attorney Thomas Grieve, Amy Scholz, Claire Dalle Molle or Glenn Gaskill III as well as Grieve Law LLC. If you wish to retain or pursue their services it must be separately. Nothing in this seminar should be construed or taken as the formation of an attorney client relationship. There are no attorney client confidentiality or any duties established by participating, viewing, or taking any part in a Counter Point Seminars event.

Our pricing reflects great value because we strive to maintain a high level of inventory for all of our merchandise available at our on line store. Occasionally demand does surpass our availability.

Return/Refund Policy

While we are eager to guarantee the quality of our products, all returns must be pre-approved by our customer service department. Please contact us at 262-623-1487 to contact a representative.

At Grieve Enterprises LLC we want to ensure you are satisfied with your order and the ordering process.

All items that are ordered from Grieve Enterprises LLC can be returned within our guidelines and time frame. We understand that sometimes a purchase doesn’t turn out the way it was planned. This is why we allow all items to be returned within 7 days of ordering, less a 6% credit card fee for 3% held on the initial payment and 3% held on the refund transaction.

Any purchase within 60 days of the event is final, no return or refund.

MOST IMPORTANTLY, ALL ITEMS MUST HAVE A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER FROM Grieve Enterprises LLC WHEN RETURNING AN ITEM.

Warranty

You the customer are buying a ticket(s) for an informational event. All information received at the event is “Use at your own risk” only.

Payments

We prefer that customers pay for merchandise via; MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express. For customers who prefer to mail us their order, we accept Cashier’s Checks or Money Orders **ONLY**.

(For Personal Checks, there will be at least a 10 Day waiting period for the check to clear). All hard copy forms of payment must clear our bank before we process the order for shipping. These hard copy forms of payment can slightly delay the processing, and in turn, the shipping times.

Currency in which transactions on CounterPointSeminars.com will be conducted is in United States currency.
